Reaming is a mechanical machining process with chip removal used to correct the axiality and diameter of the holes. The reaming process is rotational and a translation drive parallel to the axis is imprinted/transmitted in order to carry out the reaming of cylindrical and tapered holes.Reaming allows us to obtain high-precision holes and smooth, even internal surfaces with a high roughness and tolerance finish.
