SIME s.r.l. carries out milling processing

Milling is our core machining process, performed with palletised CNC machining units to ensure precision and quality when processing components in different materials. We use a variety of milling techniques to meet the different demands of our customers.

• Horizontal Milling: Our 4-axis controlled feed machining centres allow us to machine four faces of the part simultaneously. With the horizontal orientation of the milling spindle, we achieve excellent results and a complete processing cycle in just one operation.
• Vertical Milling: Our 3-axis controlled feed machine allows us to process one face of the part at a time. The milling spindle is vertically oriented, which enables accurate processing of details and a high-precision finish.
